experienced in our lives. Whether it be through loss, an injustice or a reason too deep to be described.
Many of us go on crying a river, but don’t dive into the meaning behind our sadness.

so infuriated to the point of no relief? Many bottle their anger and build pressure upon their being.
I invite you to practice acknowledging your anger and releasing it in a productive way.

Introduction to Heaven No More

Welcome, artists of the world. This is the official site of "Heaven No More". What is Heaven No More (HNM) you ask? It's a ground-breaking, interactive experience of art. It's a showcase for you, the artist to display your talent as well as to gain exposure. HNM is free of charge. A cash prize is awarded to one artist who exemplifies HNM's aesthetic. I want to give what I can to artists and further support our creative efforts by holding this event. The contest allows 10 artists to enter. Any medium is welcome- fine art, illustration, the written word, as well as music. There are no limits on how you express the theme. Official entries are promoted and publicized through Facebook as well as here on blogspot. The night of, you will compete for a chance at the $300 grand prize. It is a themed event based on "The Chronicles of Sun", a story that delves into loss, pain and redemption. All info. regarding rules can be viewed further below. Follow the text boxes underneath for more details. Other prizes that night include a raffle for art supplies. HNM is theatrical, fun and a gallery experience like no other! Judging

Each artist selects one work as their representing piece to be judged during competition. The winner is selected by the highest number of votes received from the audience. Do your best to present yourself and wow them! Scoring is based on the following categories:
1. Presentation- how well you explain and connect your piece
2. Execution- use of medium in:
a. skill
b. projection of theme
c. originality

A winner is selected and goes on to present alongside Sun, the protagonist of the gallery's story in the Grand Finale.

Grand Finale

The winner of HNM earns the title "Champion Creator" and presents alongside Sun, the mysterious protagonist of "The Chronicles of Sun".

Who is Sun, however.. ? It is said that he was a revered creator whose ability of connecting to people and their innermost emotions inspired him and his people to new levels of creation and love. He was the creator of "Heaven", his greatest masterpiece. It is the highest widespread of emotion, thought and remembrance of all the love he shared with Earth and its people, embodied into one everlasting heart. Sun had gone missing for much time.

Sun will appear once again at Heaven No More to reveal his identity and see off the newly crowned champion.
