Deepen

watercolor on watercolor paper, by Ramon Trif
How many tears have comprised your ocean of sorrow? We have all wept over the agony
experienced in our lives. Whether it be through loss, an injustice or a reason too deep to be described.
Many of us go on crying a river, but don’t dive into the meaning behind our sadness.

Heated

Can you recall a time in your life when you were full of anger? Did you ever feel
so infuriated to the point of no relief? Many bottle their anger and build pressure upon their being.
I invite you to practice acknowledging your anger and releasing it in a productive way.

Rooted

oil on canvas, by Ramon Trif

Throughout life one may detach themselves from the foundation of who they are.
When struck with fear or pain it is difficult to endure.
I invite you to stay rooted with your struggles the next time you encounter pain in your life.
